Re: Redrum Ceiling Bedroom

[ Edited ]

@lolakimono

I could live there with another husband but this husband would not like it.  But we have totally opposite tastes.  I love it  It's so NOLA with what could be perceived as an old courtyard nearby.

I love the chandelier, beautiful!  The ceiling color is appealing but the rest of the room needs redecorating, drapes, bed and bedding and also remove the mirror.

@Havarti  Without a doubt!  It is rather suffocating!

No to the room starting with the ceiling and chandelier.

Paint the ceiling, lose the mirror, and change the bed clothes.  It's not a hopeless case.

I like the look of a painted ceiling, though I'm not sure I could do it for myself.  However, I definitely could not sleep on a bed directly under a chandelier..  I'b be afraid of it falling.

It's a no for me.  I couldn't sleep with that huge light fixture hanging over my bed --- just thinking --- what if it falls and crushes me??  It would look good over a huge dining table in a formal dining room.  The red celing --- also no.
