Still looking at options for a new slide in range, does any one have this option, a air fryer?

I have seen commercials for that.  I love the idea.  If I needed a new stove, that's what I'd get.

Our kids have one and love it.

When I lose the TV controller, it's always in some remote destination.

DD & SIL bought a new gas range with that feature and love it.  SIL loves to cook and always wanted gas so when their electric range died they got gas and are very very happy.

Re: Range with a air fryer

[ Edited ]

We had an electric stove. DH wanted gas so we had a gas line installed so he could buy a gas stove.

We have a gas stove & a gas car which we are keeping both. Not buying electric. We will buy what we want. LOL!!!

We remodeled our kitchen last year. We bought a slide in gas Samsung NX60T871155 that has an air fry mode. We really like it. Still need to try the convection mode.

DH cooks outside on the grill or smoker a lot.

So what would be involved in repairing that air fryer feature when it stops working, because at some point it will?

@goldensrbest

I have an  LG slide in range with air fryer and confection function.

MODEL LSEL6337 Bought in at Best Buy.

Have it a little over a year. I have never used the air fryer function. We have an egg shaped air fryer that my husband uses.

Isn't a convection oven basically an air fryer?  Why would you need one if you get a convection oven?
