speaking of bathrooms......check out this tub.......i think it is gorgeous!
Sapele mahogany is the popular wood of choice—shaped by hand using techniques employed by founder and lead designer Nathie Katzoff—and it insulates far better than typical porcelain or metal tubs, keeping bathwater warmer for longer.
Each tub takes hundreds of hours to craft, and gleams with a composite finish that has its roots in boatbuilding; Katzoff’s background includes woodworking and restoration for a shipwright. “We aim to be the Steinway or Maserati of bathtubs,” he says, by taking luxurious baths to the next level.

@lolakimono The two bathrooms are too loud for me and the gold fixtures in the black look tacky -- they should have been silver but to be honest, they should have picked different tile all together.. People want a clutter-free home, clean and if you are good at decorating some nice touches in the decor dept. It is best to keep your wall neutral like white or off white. This gives the prospective buyer ideas for changing the walls the way they want them. :cathappy:

I think the dark tile shower would not appeal to a woman, and the pink shower would not appeal to a man.
Some day a new owner will walk through that house and say, "we'll just have to gut the bathrooms."

Realtors say kitchens and bathrooms sell houses. I believe this. I also think these bathrooms are too personalized and would lose a lot of sales.
I agree with @Katcat1, the more neutral, clean and uncluttered, the more buyers can imagine their things in that home.
