@Mominohio do you know if using Scrub daddy's can be used with the bio cleaner and if they would work as well as the sponges that came in that TSV? I saw them at BBB and they seemed kind of similar to the bio cleaner sponges, although harder. I am going through those TSV sponges quickly and need to get more. TIA!!

You are right, the sponges that come with the Bio Cleaner do give out with heavy use. I only use them in the kitchen, mostly on pots and pans, the sink and glass items or ceramic that need cleaned up.
If I'm using the Bio Cleaner for tougher jobs, it needs a tougher sponge.
I have used Scrub Daddy with bio cleaner, and as long as it isn't fine type scrubbing (trying to get into tiny cracks and crevices somewhere), it does work.
My problem with Scrub Daddy is that they don't seem to be as strong as when they first came out, and don't last long under hard use. They are crumbling now within a few days or less for somewhat hard use. They are getting, for me, not worth the money for no longer than they are lasting now.
The totally best sponge I've found is the Campanelli sponges (V33886). They are soft on one side, have a scrubbie side, are thick and last a really long time. The Bio Cleaner on the scrubbie side works well, and holds up for a very long time. I usually have to throw away a Campanelli sponge because it is so dirty and greasy (like from grill cleaning) not because it has broken down and failed. The Campanelli sponges can be washed, in the washer, dishwaser or sanitized in the microwave.
One note of caution, the Campanelli sponges I have are from a number of years ago, and I haven't bought any of the newer ones. Hopefully they haven't cheapened them, like every other truly great product I've found lately!

I agree with @Mominohio about the Scrub Daddy. They crumble after hardly any use. I was finding little yellow bits all over from it. I wouldn't purchase again. I bought mine at BBB.

okay those scrub daddys sound awful so I will forgo those. And yes @Mominohio I know about the Joe Campanelli sponges because remember I posted a thread asking about them in that 8 pc set they just had?
You responded on that thread and highly recommended them then too. I just got my set a few days ago so I will just use one of those for the not so tough cleaning jobs. I am obsessed with that bio cleaner! lol! I have already almost gone through a tub already!
@MoJoV thanks for the info! ![]()

I am loving the Bio Cleaner! I need to clean the frig and this is what I will use.
The sponge is getting a little worn, but I will just use something I find at the local stores. I will check my go-to Dollar Tree. I like their cleaning sponges and brushes!

I know, I use it for everything now- windows in an old barn to get mold and mildew off of them, floors, bathtubs, sinks, oven, toilets, glass pans, etc So happy I don't need to buy a bunch of separate products and it is safe for the environment.

NAT: I know they are not as strong. I have some old ones that I had stuck back in the laundry cabinet behind some detergent and other things which I found a couple weeks ago and compared them, just to satisfy myself, to the latest ones I bought and there is a great deal of difference. Albeit, they still are my favorite kitchen sponge, they are not as strong as they once were. They get us hooked and then go lax on us. Argh.

Lol @HappyDaze. You're really going to town with that Bio cleaner. I never went through my sponges. Did we create a bio cleaner monster?

@ANewHue LOLOLOL! Oh yes, you have NO idea! LOL! I am actually LOOKING for things to clean, lol! Weird, I know. Seriously though, trying to get everything spic and span before my big day so that I don't stress about cleaning. And I am just thrilled with the results of bio cleaner I am pushing it to the limits, lol. Oh the first sponge is totally toast now, a mere shred of itself.
I killed that bad boy! ![]()

@HappyDaze You must be really sparkling everything lol. I've been using it for years and none of my sponges have ever fell apart lol. Well if you're still in the cleaning mode you can come and visit and I'll supply all the bio you'll need. Having a hard time getting in the mode to start, had too much I had to contend with lately. Don't wear yourself out , okay? Remember what I said about housework? It will always be waiting for us,
