Question for Dyson Ball Owners please

My previous Dyson is an upright DC 14 Animal. It does not have the ball technology. I ordered the recent DC 41 TSV and am having a hard time getting the vacuum to tilt when I am trying to roll it to put it away. The DC 14 does this with not trouble. Do the Dyson Ball vacuums not do this? Every time I try to get it to tilt and stay the cleaning head always falls back down while I am moving it.
