I have a question regarding returns to the Q. I ordered the Timex clock radio which has defective sound and also the fillable flameless candle which has a big chip on the bottom. If I return these for replacement of the same item, am I going to be refunded by QVC for the cost of returning the defective items back to them? Both are in pretty big boxes so I imagine it's going to cost a fair amount to send them back. I've never had to return a defective item so I don't know what to expect. Any info that can be passed on will be greatly appreciated.
