Question If You Shop Wayfair?

I've never shopped Wayfair but clicking around today I found a kitchen faucet that interests me for my vintage sink.

Same model exists on the mfg. website but Wayfair pricing is about 1/2 of the mfg. pricing.

Question is, does Wayfair sell open box, customer returns, etc? I usually don't have an issue buying a customer return to save $, but the faucet has a number of small parts/components and I'd hate to find them missing!

Everything I've gotten from Wayfair has been brand-new and quickly delivered. If you have questions, call them and ask. They reportedly have great CS, although I've never needed it.

I can't answer your question, but Wayfair is a top notch company.

DS got a handmade bed made from an artist which was signed. I also got DS a handmade pair of angel wings made by an artist. The items equaled the price and are wonderful!

I have used Wayfair about 8 or 9 times over about six years. Products seem to be new. I did have a problem with one item and CS did make it right.

Everything i have rec'd from Wayfair has been terrific. All parts came with product, delivery was quick and on time. One of my favorite on-line places to shop.

I can get the spec sheet from the mfg. website to make sure this faucet will fit and I'll go from there.

The customer service at Wayfair is exceptional. The products I've ordered have been brand new, delivered quickly, and well packaged. I had a problem with a Waterford crystal lamp...they immediately remedied. Nothing but praise for Wayfair.....large selection, wonderful products, excellent pricing, and top notch CS.

Wayfair does sell open box items, but it's in a separate category. If you go towards the bottom of their webpage there is a link on the right side. The items will be designated as open box.
