@Msfitness --you are welcome--just remember, I got my mattress several years ago and the system they had then, may not be what they do now. I haven't been back to that wesite since, so not sure what they are offering now.

I bought a 10" thick Rimensy Queen Mattress from Amazon in July. It's a hybrid with pocketed coils and then gel-infused memory foam on top. It was listed as medium firm but is more plush than medium firm (at least to me.) I paid $206 for it at the time, and I've been perfectly satisfied with it. It's now showing as $189.99 on Amazon. It's got a 4.3 rating from 859 reviewers.

I prefer a plusher mattress and some reviews said it was too firm while others said too soft, so I had plans for a topper if it was too firm, but it's not. It's perfect for me and the price can't be beat. Will it last a hundred years? Probably not. But at that price point, if I can get a few years from it, I'll be happy. So far, so good.

@gardenman Thank you!  I did not think about looking on Amazon.  I am happy that things worked out for you!  Smiley Happy

@Msfitness

The big issue on Amazon is sorting through the hundreds of mattresses offered. One reviewer will insist the mattress is too firm, like a rock. The next review will say it's too soft and they sink right through it. You can go a little crazy sorting through the options.

Modern mattresses are pretty basic things. You have all springs, hybrids (springs with memory foam on top), or all foam. I like a memory foam mattress and one with the cooling gel infused, so I focused on the last two types and had like twenty options in my price range. The one I picked had the best overall reviews and was very affordable. I'm happy with it.

We're in a world now where you can buy the same basic mattress design and pay anywhere from $150-$5,000. And the reviews on all of them are more or less the same. Too soft, too firm, wore out quickly, got lumpy, regardless of the price you pay. I like mine just fine. I've been using it since early July and it's been great. Looks and feels brand new. They label it as medium firm, but it's more plush. It's great. Perfect for me. I can't imagine getting anything better for me at any price point. How long will it last? God only knows. But, so far, so good.
