To me, this bedroom has a certain appeal, though a limited one. It doesn't read as primitive to me, but more as somebody's idea of country-rustic... I suppose it's a reasonable adaptation, but it's not remotedly primitive...

I don't like this room. My home style is neither primitive or country. The dark dresser is beautiful though.

I like primitive country, and I love true colonial decor too. 

I do some primitive in my family room. 

When I get to replace my living room upholstered furniture in the future, will go with some more colonial looking pieces .
