@stevieb  The silhouettes were the first thing I fell in love with when I looked at this room!  Then I realized that I was in love with it all!!

Save the check wallpaper, so much like my home that I feel I could just sit down with a glass of wine, right there, and be at home.

The clock is too big above this chest of drawers.  The whole look is off balance.

@Citrine1  I know, I so enjoy silhouette art and I'm not seeing much of it these days, either current or old pieces. Years ago, there were a couple of stores in my area that carried a lovely mix of old and new things of all sorts designed to look old. They've both been gone for years and I really miss them. I have a few silhouettes obtained there that I have hanging in my home.

I'm not a "traditional" gal so this is not for me but I do love that chest.

@stevieb   Makes me sad when stores like that go away.  How fun that you were able to get some silhouettes though!  I've been looking at them online and thinking I may try making my own.  I'll let you know how I make out if I actually sit down and do it!
