The blue slatted ceiling & black iron pendant lights really pop.

I like the green table in the background but I'd change the colors of the blue chairs w/ gold pillows.  They compliment each other, but I'd prefer a different combination.  Also I don't like the gold colored flowers & the ornament figures as design touches.

While the porch with the archways are nice, I'd prefer it to be more open.

Nicely done porch. Interesting way they painted the slated ceiling. Not liking the coloring in the pillars but otherwise do like this porch area and design.

The rug helps to pull it together, but yikes to those table lamps.

The colors, the furnishings, the feeling of comfortable and cozy, this porch is so appealing to me.  It is definitely a place where i would be very happy with a good book and a drink.  A big YES!!!

You know what I like, @lolakimono? I like looking at photos of rooms that might not be the way I'd think of decorating them. I like that because it makes me think a bit outside of my norm. I look at something different and I might see something that's appealing and something I would never have thought of. Of course there are some rooms/homes that don't appeal to me, but that's fine. I love your photos...it's nice to see how the "other half" lives!

The most recent (interesting) one for me was the black LR.  I was sure everyone would hate it, but people responded more positively than I thought they would.

Quite a few of these decors are those that I'd want to visit just for the exposure, but wouldn't want to live with them.

This is no exception.  At first, I thought it looked cute, but upon further examination, I don't like any of the furniture, except the wicker, or accessories.  

For the design, though, I think it's colorful, bright and cheery, interesting to look at, and done very well.

I really like this..the only thing I might change is the color of the chair cushions. I would have chosen Navy for a different look.
