After seeing the 2 Plow and Hearth quilts captioned below, I checked out their website and they do indeed have both in stock.  Per usual, a bit pricey, especially since the folk art quilt is not appliqued and there were review comments re a faded out look to the applied paint, where the purchasers were looking for bolder paint colors.  However, I'm not opposed to a more muted look.

 

Since I haven't shopped with them for some time, I would get 10% off the $199 price tag, so am thinking about the purchase.  If they had Easy Pay - for sure!  LOL!

 

This prompted me to look at 3 other websites that I knew had quilts.  Oh-my-word, but there are some tre UGLY quilts out there!!!  I didn't find one quilt on those other sites that I would let in my front door.  Really!

 

Though I've made 2 quilts, I'm just not up to that torture.  These days art quilts (smaller, hang on wall) are my speed.

 

Thanks, again, for the tip.  I may yet grab the folk art quilt, as I do love it.
