Great idea, but have seen it done much better.

I have 12 individual drawers under mine. Boy do I like the storage, but the bed is so high I need a step stool to get in.

It can be set up to only have 6 drawers if you want, but I put all 12 up.

I want a new bed only because I moved and the bedroom is so much smaller the bed takes up so much space, but I have to say, I would miss all that storage if I got a new bed.

AND it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Seriously could just lay in it all day. Might look ridiculous because of the size, but I just can't find something as solid as my monster bed

Awww, bless their hearts... This is somebody's first apartment after college and they're really trying to smarten it up... They'll get it right over time...
