What do you think about the way the artwork has been displayed?

No, that bother me. I would have three, mayyyyybeee four small things in that space. Not aligned perfectly.

Most likely three.

The size of the picture and flower arrangement caught my eye first. Too big.

I agree, don't like the look as too big for the space.

@lolakimono Hey, Lola, slow day on fashion posting? LOL

@sommertime

You know, sometimes one thing leads to another...

I found the guest room photo and then saw this photo, and so I figured I would generate some discussion.

I am kind of "known" here too though.  Cat Happy

I do have some fashion items to share, but no one is up on the Fashion boards, LOL.

and yet I can't stop looking at it Woman Surprised

the math teacher in me likes the way the horizontal sides of the frame of the artwork are strikingly parallel to all of the the wood steps!

@namaste000

The designer in me would keep looking at it too and saying to myself I NEED TO FIX THIS!

I once returned a custom made loveseat because it was 1/2” shorter in height than the couch. It would have bugged me to no end. And they were not inexpensive.

They made a new one, no charge. DH says my eyes are precisely calibrated! lol!

It screams, "I'm tooooooo BIG!"

Move it to the blank wall in the hallway where it would fit.

I think two pics vertically, then one additional one to the right, making an L shape--might be better.  Too big for the hallway too.

@lolakimono Agree, too big. I would probably take advantage of the stair angle and hang three small items beginning with the third step from the top, then the fifth, then the seventh. Not framed art, but something with dimension and architectural interest.
