I LOVE pears.  I have no preserving talents. Wish I could buy a couple of those jars from you. Look delicious. 

 

Bosc pears are my favorite. Thanks for posting those beauties. I just put those on my supermarket list to pick up tomorrow. Yum.

Yum!  I love slow cooking with chicken, pears, ginger, and soy (and hoisin sauce).  I wish I had some of those canned pears in the pantry.

 

Hubby loves fresh pears in his lunchbox.

What kind of trees do you have, @Mominohio,  and are they maintenance intensive? Is the harvesting difficult?  Your fruits are lovely.

@Mominohio When it's all done, and you must get a great feeling of satisfaction looking at all your sparkling jars. Just peeling all those pears would be a gargantuan task.  Good thing hubby helps you.
