Parisian Glove Factory Turned into Living Space

This is an open, split level space transformed by Ikea pieces.

A colourful living room with an IKEA sofa.

Color-coded bookshelves.

Objects and a mirror displayed on a bookshelf.

A wooden sideboard and coffee table.

A colourful chair and cushion.

A portrait of Anne-Solange and David at home.

High ceilings in the open-plan living area.

Anne-Solange sits at the piano.

An open-plan kitchen and dining area.

Objects and plants displayed on shelves.

A drying rack next to the sink.

A bedroom with white walls and clever storage.

Re: Parisian Glove Factory Turned into Living Space

I like when buildings are turned into homes. This one is really nice. It's amazing. I saw 2 articles about this.

1. A couple turned an old firehouse into their home. They kept the "pole" and husband would leave for work on it lol.

2. An old abandoned church was converted including stained glass windows. Very impressive.

Sometimes the strength within you is not a big fiery flame for all to see. It is just a tiny spark that whispers ever so softly "You Got This - Keep Going"

Me too, big fan of conversions, but proably would never put my money where my mouth is.  I would have a couple black & white pictues displayed as it was original.

This is a nice space. Looks inviting and has just the right amount of pops of color to keep your eyes moving.

Re: Parisian Glove Factory Turned into Living Space

I love commercial and industrial buildings being repurposed as residences, though I guess I prefer old, red brick, aged wood, loft like spaces. Still, while I wouldn't have decorated as they did and have absolutely no desire for a swing inside my home, this one is pleasant, spacious and bright.
