Painting Wallpaper

I need to paint over grasscloth wallpaper. It's not a permanent fix, but I need to cover over some water stains from an old window leak. I believe there is a special primer that can be used to seal the paper, but it's name has escaped me. If anybody has a product suggestion please share. Thnx.
