My kitchen is on the narrow side, I mean I can flip from the sink to the stove in a step or two, it's not real long, I am not good with sizes this is a guess I think a 9x10 room. So, here is the question if I paint the wall you see when you walk into the kitchen a darker shade then the side walls will it make the room appear smaller? The side walls have my cabinets and appliances on them so really not a lot of paint at all, it's the back wall, it has a window in it and then all wall. So, if you don't mind, or think I am crazy, any help, suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
