Thanks for the pumpkin info. I will check that pumpkin out as well. Didn't really notice it when I was in the website which is probably a sign that I don't need it either, but I'll look at it in person.

SHOPR: What a great blast from the past. I don't have the Christmas book but I have the original story. I was always a dog lover (so my mom says) so it was a cherished book for me.

I do like the way the quilt looks, MTH. I hope she will like it along with the books.

Don't look too hard for those pumpkins MTH cause they might just end up at your house. They are really cool and each one looks different and 2 different sizes. Let me know what you think.

There is no way your DGD won't fall in love with the quilt. What an amazing gift!!

I'll stay away from Pier 1 today. Monday's are always busy at work anyway so I will stick close to the office, even at lunch. Tomorrow is another day ${#emotions_dlg.biggrin}$ . I did manage to pull up the pics on the above pumpkin on the P1 website and they are quite pretty. Last year I bought one of the large amber colored ones so I'd really like some orange. I'll keep you posted. I really want that JS witch tho. I'm getting antsy about that. Guess I have no choice but to patient for another few weeks.

I am anxious for you to get your witch too MTH. Hope she makes her landing before Halloween. When you are really anxious to get something, times seems like an eternity. Hopefully she will surprise you and arrive sooner than you expect.

JPC: Did you see these pumpkins? They are listed as ""chocolate pumpkins"" and looks like they might be online only at P1. Too bad because these are another one I'd love to see in person. I love the color.

I did not see those pumpkins while at P1. That is too bad cause like you I would want to see them in person before buying. They would look good mixed in with all the orangish colored pumpkins.

I did check them out on ebay SHOPR and saw what I thought to be the bigger one on there. It is a cool book. I just went thru them quickly so need to go back in and make a decision on one of them. I think the Xmas one would be a good addition to the one I have along with the quilt.

I think so too. Might have to see about tracking those down. Sounds like you are having fun with the quilt and books. I just think its such a neat gift. Something to really hang onto and treasure.

Hey MTH...Did you check out JS's items from the bewitching hour of his show??? Just did and saw a few cute things. Was the W*icked witch the same one you ordered??? I see there is no video on it yet and didn't see anything about an advanced order. It is a few dollars cheaper on Skyline Gifts too.

Good Morning JPC: I did check out the items JS had on. That is a different witch than the one I ordered. I ordered the one with the zombies in the skirt. I can't remember the exact name but I think it was something like Nighty Night. Did you buy anything?

Silly me I kept remembering the word w*icked but that was the witch with the cart wasn't it. I did notice on Skyline that the one on the show won't be shipped from Skyline till Sept 1st.

MTH...click on the second choice of the witch that JS brought this morning, It is the Zombie witch. It is called Nighty-Nightmare and has the zombies on the skirt. It only shows a picture when you click on the choice, all other pictures are of the other one.

Thanks. I didn't realize that it was a choice of witches. That is the one I got. It is a little cheaper at Skyline but I also got free shipping since I ordered it with the other Christmas pieces we got. I wonder if they said anything about an advanced order since Skyline still says they don't have it in stock yet. I'll have to keep an eye open for the video so I can hear what jim had so say about it.
