That sounds like fun, @ECBG --  sounds like your creative juices are flowing.  It's great to have things like that to plan and think about when you're on the mend.

Oh, Honey, it's constant!  I style half the day and look at sites and local craft stores for more leaves to work with the dogwood.  I have several artists and craftmen in my past including Biltmore House.....and moonshine!!!!!!Smiley Happy

PS

Another feature of a pitcher is I prefer a small opening-it needs fewer florals, lol!!!

I hear you, @ECBG --  nothing worse than a wide opening, with splayed out florals flopping and looking all skimpy-- I've been there!

@ECBG    It appears that the sites you mentioned sells stems only.  I don't see anything in a vase or pot that I can ship to a friend.  Am I not understanding correctly?

@Mom2Dogs

With my background in art and Interior Design, generally I do my own arrangements.

If you would like some really pretty pre made arrangements, I would suggest the online site and catalog, "Petals"; they have really pretty work.

@ECBG   Thanks,    I do not have a degree in interior design but manage nicely doing my own arrangements.

I want to send to a family member having surgery and was looking for a nice 'real touch' or similar to send to her.

Hope you liked Petals' Arrangements.  They do the nicest work I've seen.

@ECBG  Yes, very pretty, but pretty expensive.  The least expensive thing I liked was $80.00 before delivery.
