LOVE the patio! And I almost like the kitchen, but there is something off putting about it, just cannot decide what it is. And of course, I love the cat!

I like the warmth of her paint color & love the candy hearts. Like the animal print chairs as I have one too. I do think her mixing modern & traditional does not always jive like the candy hearts, modern art in traditional dining room.

Such a beautiful and inviting home. I especially like the kitchen and breakfast nook... so bright and cheery. I doubt I would have chosen the orange chairs, but they look great here.

It's a big no for me. I just can't relate to her design choices. I do like the outdoor fireplace area though.

@haddon9 ,  and @cimeranrose ,  agreed, our @ECBG leaves such a vacancy.  She was always so warm, spontaneous, and delighted to share her opinions and expertise. Had great ideas. A gentle, friendly presence on the board...

@jannabelle1 ,  ha-- I was trying to think, which were the 'orange' chairs!  Then I realized you must be referring to the pink ones in the family room.  They definitely do have a sort of coral-y cast to them, but they are part of her pink, or rose, affinity.  I love the way she threads a little bit of pink throughout the house, subtly tying the rooms together.

I had actually captured a close-up shot of the chairs, which I forgot to post. They might look slightly more pink to you in this shot:

@SactoSue …..What makes you think those aren’t actual books……the colors?

You can buy book sets for decor.  You specify the color and the sizes and the number of books and you get a set of uninteresting books (or even fake books) that all have paper book covers that are coordinated, but without visible titles.

Perhaps those are real books of theirs that she has had specially wrapped in coodinating paper covers.  It's one of those current designer things that I find annoying.

I prefer to see the name of books on the spines in a library shelf.  I like to see what the owner is interested in.

It's a nice looking home, but I don't love the exterior or some of her style choices.

My favorite things are the interior architectural details and moldings, windows, foyer, staircase, dining table and wood chairs, built-in shelving, kitchen, and outdoor area.

My least favorite things are the animal print chairs, artwork, and hearts and plates on the walls. I don't like the colorful family room at all. I will take the piano though.

The space of the house is so appealing.  The chandelier is stunning and the pink color walls lovely.  I love the pink chairs with the fringe in the family room, so pretty.  The elegant entryway is inviting with the artwork and choices of furniture. The dining room windows are standouts and I like the curtains/drapes throughout the rooms. The patio looks so comfortable and restful.  The exterior of the home , eye catching.  All in all, very pretty home!

The Entry way is pretty, although the table has way too much stuff on it! I love the kitchen, nice and bright, but the sitting room or library is way too dark.

The pastel hearts on the wall have got to go....not my taste at all.

I don't like any of the furnishings in the Living room either, too many prints and too busy!

Outdoor area is beautiful!
