I don't care for poster beds or bed curtains, but find this an appealing room overall... I'm not usually one for an all neutral room, but like this one...

A big NO. I can't stand all neutral rooms. I need some color.

I agree I'm not a fan of the poster bed, or curtains. I do love neutral tones. I think this room needs a little more contrast, so maybe letting the wood floor show would be an option.

It's great!  Sumptuous and comfortable at the same time.

Another elegant room to match the dining room you posted.  I would just add a little color, but otherwise, love it.

@faeriemoon  I'm there with you. Not my usual pick but the more I look, the more I like. It's just very quietly beautiful, to me anyway.

Big NO; I don't like anything about the room.   So not my style.

It definitely looks opulent and elegant. I would like this room better if the bed didn't have bedposts and drapes. I'd switch out the lamps and the starburst over the headboard. A bit of color in pillows and artwork would be more my style too.
