Has anyone used the solid surface product called Onyx for their shower and/or vanity?  If so, what color did you choose and how has it held up?

YES!!!  I love it. I used Tiramisu and it's gorgeous.  It has been two years and looks as beautiful as the day it was installled.  It cleans so easy and never looks grimy. I'm thrilled with this product. The company sent me free samples before I chose one.

PS: I used it for my new walk in shower.

@pattypeep  What kind of material is it?

It's a non-porous resin mix, that is what was used in our new walk-in shower. We like it so far but it's only been in for a few months.

We had shower walls and base done about 15 years ago. It was from One collection made in Kansas.  The color might be different now - kind of like TiRamasu.  Also had sinks done.  I love the stuff and even today looks great.  If I did a shower todsy, I would do same.  Cleaning is so easy and it looks shiny and clean always.  Base of my shower is white.  Microfiber cloth and Dawn is all it needs.

@Ainhisg   Yes, in my husbands shower.  I love it and keeping it clean, mold free is very easy.  The footprint of the bathroom is really small and the mold grew in the old shower...I could not keep it clean.

Onyx was a great choice, I do not remember the name of the color we  chose.  It looks like new after 5 years.  I did notice a white film at the bottom edge of a wall panel...I tried cleaning it but cannot remove it.  I guess I should call the company and ask how to clean it.       I don't think you will be disappointed.

@Twins Mom we did! It was just installed last week. I got the color prospect. We are updating a house we purchased in June, so we won't move in for a few more weeks.
