I love the tiny Eames chairs and table and the baby's room.  So cute.

It would be a nice house for a vacation rental but I wouldn't want it for my permanent home.  However, the spiral staircase would be a dealbreaker for me even as a vacation rental.

I am aware of 3 of these homes in my area of southern WV.

Definitely not my style. I don't find the outside of this home very attractive. The wood floor inside looks nice, but I don't care for the furnishings.
