Re: ery old trunk from him! He's very honeat.Re: ONE BEDROOM CITY APARTMENT IN AN OLD HOUSE

I love everything about the apartment.  Even the tiled bathroom floor that I hate--I like!!!

Such a sweet space, I would love to live there with my husband, I do believe we could do it, too!

The millefluer jar she has on the patio reminded me of the two identical pieces I have packed away.

Love how she painted furniture.  Looks like the bedpost is painted, too.  Wonder if she used Annie Sloan's Chalk Paint?  (Just go another order today!)  Will have to check out the video

Thanks @Oznell Heart

Re: ONE BEDROOM CITY APARTMENT IN AN OLD HOUSE

Absolutely love all your great sourcing tips, @ECBG !

@Lucky Charm,  me too.  I was fantasizing how hubby and I could tuck into that small space in the trees!   There are two other tenants in the building, and she does have to share laundry room with one of them.  Plus there isn't much closet space, sigh.  Plus, it's not like I'd enjoy dragging groceries up a flight of stairs to my apt. all the time.  Plus, with our son still living here, no can do!  Fantasy deflated.

But also in the building, she mentioned in the video, in addition to a basement apartment, there's a two bedroom apt. on the first floor, with big kitchen and two baths.   And backyard patio, etc.  That would be just my speed!

I loved the jars on her terrace too.

The small yellow platter in the third picture, I have two square plates in that same pattern that were my grandmothers!

That's very cool, @CelticCrafter --  it's such a charming, nostalgic pattern.

Check out pt gallery on ebay.  He is a very good antiques man from Indiana and has 4 warehouses.

I bought my large 1850 corner cabinet from him and a woman's trunk with her stenciled name on it also from 1800.

@ECBG I cannot seem to find that seller on eBay.  Could you provide more information, please?  Thank you.

I just had time to watch this lady's video.  She turned her area into a charming home.  She must be very creative!

Many thanks!

Charming.  I really do enjoy seeing the storage ideas.  The highboy looks fantastic.
