You must reduce the file size or find a smaller size picture.

@Mz iMac   What does reduce the file size mean?  And I tried to choose the picture in a smaller size but it didn't work.

This site will not upload pics if they are a huge size.  I forgot the exact size number.

For those files "on a Mac" you reduce the photo size through Preview.

I do not know how on "Windows."  I believe PCs uses Photoshop?

Are you using a Mac or Windows PC?

If the photo is from a website, can you describe in detail, provide a link to the site?  I can then grab the photo if I find it, reduce the size for you & post it here.  Then you can upload to your computer & post in your thread.

               In case this is a helpful addition, here’s a copy of my post from another thread.

               When the image file is too large, sometimes just a simple edit of the image on your device, and then saving it as a new image, can work.   I've even known people to mail the large images to themselves to change the size and then re-saving the smaller file versions to their device  (prior to sending the message with the images, sometimes you're asked to choose a size so you can reduce it at that time and then send it).   

               Also, you can use either an app (like the free "Image Size" app) or a website (one example is Imageresize dot org).   Once you do this a time or two, it will be a piece of cake!   Fingers crossed, and I look forward to seeing your pix!😊
