Northern nights TSV bed pillows

Received TSV pillows a few days ago and we are disappointed! Wanted a firm pillow and these are definitely not firm. Nice quality though.

I've wasted too much money trying to find decent pillows from QVC.  They are one item I must try IN PERSON.

I just wish I could find a flatter pillow. I don't care for all the big fat pillows that I see in the stores. I was looking the other day and today and they are all so big. I want one half the size of the ones out there.

@catter70    You can remove feathers, foam or whatever and sew it back up.

I've thought of that @Kachina624., but thought that the foam would then be too flat on one side and also, I don't know how to sew. Should have paid more attention in Home Ec. Thanks, though, for the suggestion.
