I know you said "cottage" but the size/shape of the room reminds me of a RV or trailer bedroom.....

 

I do like the starry night blue wall, and the bright fuschia of the bedding. The wallpaper though is a bit crazy. Cat Surprised

Not fond of it -- but it would be doable if the wallpaper was removed.

Actually, the beds look pretty but that's about it.
