Love the owl, love most of these.

When I purchased my home in 2004, it had a carved wood front door.   Very large & heavy.   The only thing we've done to it is freshen the poly coating, no need to re-stain or anything.   There's a glass door in front of it.   It's the best part of the house but the rest of the house is so plain, we always wondered who put in the door and why.  My  house is 50 years old.

Doors, especially old, carved, painted, weathered doors are a really big deal in Southwestern architecture and can sell for thousands of dollars.

@Kachina624     ♥   I've had the SAME fight.    Tried to tell them the door came with the house and is bolted to the wall......    After months of haggling, they finally left me alone.

Yes, I believe that is the house.   Would love to see the inside doors again.  They do not allow picture taking inside due to the age of the surfaces and the damaging lights from photographing.  Do you have a website I can look up?  Thanks for all your efforts.  Really enjoying your recent posts.
