I love it! And I think the wallpaper provides a timeless and luxury look to it.  It makes the room.  Small rooms in particular need it to set them off.  To me it would be boring without it.

This looks exactly how my daughter's new house is, her door leads to the garage. Everything is the same except for the color, she had it painted what she wanted and it looks lovely.  The floor is laminate as all the flooring is except for the livingroom and bedrooms.  It's right off the kitchen.

I wish I had a first floor laundry or even better one one the second floor near the bedrooms.  Unfortunately mine is in the basement.

I have a main floor laundry room in my walkout bungalow which I love.  It is across from the kitchen.  I have a wall mounted drop down ironing board which I love @ECBG .  When not in use it folds into a wall cabinet.  That was one of my favorite things when we built the house.
