As I said in a recent post about bath towels (and kitchen), I buy all white so they can be washed and bleached all in one load.

I bought from Amazon new bath towels called Amazon Basics and are 100% cotton.  They arrived yesterday and they are so soft and not too thick and not too thin.  Just right for me.  They seem super nice and not expensive.

They are in the washer now so I will post how they turned out.  Washing instructions say wash in hot water.  Which I do anyway.

As of right now I would highly recommend these towels.

I'll have to check those out because I'm always looking for white towels and wash cloths for my sister.

I recently bought a 12 pack of white bath towels for my wife. She likes her towels not to big or heavy and the reveiws said that's how they were and when I got them I washed them in hot water and she likes them.I think they were Amazon's choice. Myself I prefer a big heavy towels.

@Imaoldhippie   I have bought Amazon Basics as well. The spa size towel is a great size and preferable for my family. I recently purchased the washcloths and failed to note the 12x12 measurement. I donated them to an animal clinic. I have since purchased Kohls Big One washcloth. They measure 13x13 and are the same density as the Amazon Basics.

Re: Nice new bath towels

[ Edited ]

I replaced my thinning bathroom cleaning washcloths with a dozen of the Amazon white washcloth size to use. I was surprised they were pretty nice. Still going to use them to clean the bathrooms. They will last a long time.

I should buy some of the bath towels.

Last towels I bought were SuPima cotton really nice towels. Now they are on sale for $25-$30 each? I'm not paying that.

My dad always used all white towels so he could bleach them.
