New mattress line

I see where qvc has a new mattress line Dr.Breus never heard of him I thought the prices were really high not something I would buy.

Anyone have a 4 inch memory foam mattress topper if you do is it too soft? We just bought a king Serta bed from qvc I like the bed but husband has back problems and we had to put our queen memory foam topper back on the king Serta for him.

We were thinking of buying the Beautyrest memory foam topper to put on the king Serta but we can't decide do we get the 2 in or the 4 in I notice the Beautyrest memory foam topper is not made with visco elastic wonder if it will matter. Wish there were reviews on the Beautyrest memory foam topper but there are none must be something new from Beautyrest.
