New Penney's format

I am on a Spring decorating agenda, and made a special trip (15 mins each way) to JCP to look at valances and pickup some of their home catalogs. A very nice young man helped with ideas, and I have a plan. One thing I found out is that Penneys no longer have the catalogs in the store. The clerk suggested that I go to the website.
