New Oreck TSV 9/4

Has anyone seen the upcoming TSV Oreck? It's less than half the price as the last one at $181. It probably doesn't swivel but I don't want it to swivel anyway. I tried the swivel out at Sears and hated it, it was HARDER to maneuver (kept swiveling to right and left when I wanted it to go straight) I wouldn't pay $219 extra for swivel feature anyway.

Does anyone know what the other differences are on this vacuum, it's quite a difference.

This one doesn't include the useless mini portable shoulder held either but that cant be the $219 difference.
