So sorry, didn't see this. Yes, I have used it in my shampooer and in my spin mop. I used a little less than a tablespoon in both and it did a really good job. My carpets came out soft, smelling fresh and when I used it with my spin mop, there was no sticky residue left on my floors. One other thing....I have shampooed my carpets a few times with the Nellies, and each time alot of dirt came out, more so than when I used carpet shampoo and my carpets seemed to stay fresh alot longer. For me, I just feel like it leaves a cleaner clean, if that makes sense?
