@SharkE  Kids do that after school all the time...where else are they supposed to run, jump, yell, scream, bounce balls,  etc? Plus, in my cul-de-sac, it only lasts for seconds then changes to some other sounds and then changes....as they play. I hear mine and others right now playing basketball; I'm sure that bothers other people. I also hear my neighbors' dog barking...for the past hour. That bugs me far more than the basketball but he'll stop when the owners arrive home from work.

 

Windchims are 24 hours a day when the wind blows.

 

 

In the end, it comes down to what bothers you or doesn't. It isn't the "my neighbors noise is worse than your neighbors noise" Olympics, lol.
