Redecorating for Thanksgiving, I picked up a very pretty pair of Country Curtains lace curtain panels. I want to hang them in my kitchen....they are however, a few inches too long and I prefer not to take out my sewing machine. The hem would have to be on top since hemming the bottom would not be suitable for the shaped lace bottom. I'm considering hanging them "priscilla" style, or criss-cross over the window to take up a few inches....is this too old school? any creative ideas for an easy fix....? (oh and they are not available in shorter lengths). Thanks in advance.
