I have old 1968 Italian Provincial bedroom set, and I use matlasse cover & shams year around to lighten the look here in FL. I have a white one for warmer months and a light teal for cooler months. Bought them at The Company Store, my favorite place for quality bed linens.

Thanks . Yes, I switch out my down comforter with a silk matelasse then a cotton one for summer .

I am looking for a plain quilt for my guest bedroom. I like the one you posted.

I did buy a 6 PIECE rust and teal for my bedroom several months ago for just a little over $85. You have to be careful as I have seen this same 6 pc. set for $250.00-$280 +. at certain stores. Amazon and Zulily are two of I know still sell it for that $85. price.

I haven't washed it yet but so far I am really liking it. It goes well with my cherry colored furniture.

I like to combo of colors & it's refreshing. I use to switch at those times until my 2 current kitties started destroying blankets & quilts. So I stopped switching. Lately, at their elderly age of 19, they don't do much on those anymore but still do a bit on other things.

I do have a spare quilt (waiting in the wings) to be on display.

Thank you. I really like the quilt and the colors are so bright and vivid. I copied that picture off of Amazon in case anyone might be interested. The picture I posted here is not my bedroom, however. It's the one I posted from Amazon.

Op's quilt is really a good deal, too. I wanted to warn people when they are buying quilts that I have found hundreds of dollars difference in prices for the same quilt. The quilt itself is not one of those heavy ones. I wanted something lightweight and something that would fit into my washer and dryer and this one fit the bill. I was estatic that the quilt was so inexpensive and all 6 pieces were included!!!
