Need Washing Clothing Help.

After drying t-shirts (not all) there's like "grease spots" that appear normally on medium to dark colored t-shirts and I don't know what they are? Not all t-shirts have this problem and they were all washed in the same load.

So, I throw them back in the washer and wash them over and sometimes that does the trick but then again, they appear again! It's driving me crazy, I thought maybe the dryer sheet is causing this so I dry them again without the dryer sheet but there's the spots again...

Do any of you have similar issues (generally blue t-shirts but not limited to)?

What's causing this?
