Need New Kitchen Countertops Color Challenged

There are soo many options!! I haven't looked in years boy how do you decide!!

I have black stove and refrigerator and steel dishwasher bought new this year. I was thinking of a gray with black specks in it. My cabinets are honey oak color and I have a tan ceramic floor and backspalsh is tan. I will probably change my mind a thousand times.
