There's just not much of anything here that I care for.  I do like the warm, rich tones that feel cozy and inviting but most of the furniture and decor are definite nos for me.  The bedroom is done in much cooler colors and appears out of place with the rest of the decor.  That bar/breakfast nook area is just strange to me.  It appears they had a small nook area that they tried to make functional, which I'm sure it is, but just comes off looking weird.

@Oznell

I have been following Decorating Den recently on Instagram and I think so has the person who decorated the public area of this apartment.  (insert smiley face here).

Since I was a teenager I dreamed of having a NY apartment.  I leaned toward the village as I have stated before.  This place is lovely but I am not a fan of  some of the furniture.  I do like the couch with the fringe, lovely.  The bedroom is inviting and warm , the kitchen is spacious.  While I do not like everything in the rooms, I like the apartment itself!!!!!!!

Beautiful but cold.  Almost like an expensive hotel lobby.  I like color, rich in your face color.

I love three elements shown:

  • the window treatments in the rooms
  • the chaise
  • the brown/cognac sofa.

But nothing else.

Nice to see it all though.  Thank you sharing.
