This one is spacious, subtle, with a cool, shimmery look-- but there's deep-dish comfort in that couch, those thick, enveloping curtains, and that sublimely lush rug--

Did you notice in the preceding picture, that the three major lamps all hit at about the same height in the living room?  A small detail, but one of the many ways designer Chad Graci keeps the outlook serene, unfussy---

The soft aqua of this lamp,  echoes little whispers of aqua, blue and teal amid the mostly neutral space--

He combines both warm and cool neutrals, and then little daubs of color here and there...  but it's mostly a 'hushed' palette.  The different textures, rough and smooth, bring lots interest--

Throughout the space, he's mixing "sleek modern", like the frameless mirror-- with gorgeous antiques, like the wood and stone console table,  the enviable alabaster pendant light reflected in mirror--

Even though the apartment is elegant and polished, the white painted brick walls and oversize windows are a reminder that it's a loft--

The bedroooms look very comfortable--

I was surprised to see another "entry type" area, but in a place this spacious and rambling, why not?   It has that trademark Chad Graci elegance, every element...

I'm used to seeing Chad Graci's work in the more traditional settings of beautiful old houses in the Garden District of New Orleans, so seeing how he can "civilize" an urban loft, was fun!

I really love the 'non-color' of the room furnishings, and the way the shapes of lamps, fixtures and vases and how they work together in such a complimentary way, extending to the pedestal table under the hallway mirror. Such an eclectic loft reflecting the vibe of the city.

I love everything in it, which is unusual for me.
I would add a pop of color in the rooms with flowers.

Also the green sofa, I would have a pink with taupe undertones.

I love the glass mirrors and coffee tables, pure bliss.

@Oznell

I always love the spaces you share with us.  This one is definitely no exception!  It gives a light sense of calm about it.  The splashes of color, fabrics, metals and beautiful wooden pieces work lovely together.😃❤️

I really like this one, especially that the table tops aren't loaded down with books and all sorts of other collectibles, etc. Too many decorators seem to challenge each other for who can put the most stuff on a table top! LOL! Seriously, this loft is so inviting and comfortable.

I love all the space, the chandeliers and the beautiful art work of the ocean in the bedroom.  While it isn't my taste I can appreciate all the lovely decor!!!!  Very nice!
