I only pulled about half of my  summer clothes out this summer. I had more than enough. But we are visiting some friends and relatives. So I dug out some of my nicer summer  clothing.

Of course, my favorite top (that was so well made, that is why it's a favorite) has a yellow stain, in the front by the collar.

Tried OxyClean, and Dawn Powerwash. The stain isn't budging. 

Anyone have any suggestions?

It's 100% cotton.

  Maybe the yellow pollen from stamens on Satrgazer lilies. I have found that to be the most difficult stain to remove from clothes esp if the item had been placed in the dryer after washing . Try soaking it in Oxy clean for a few days

@drizzellla  Then, I agree that bleach should work if it is truly white. Use a Q-tip and don't leave it on long for the first time and rinse well right away.

I have good luck with shout and then was with oxyclean an put it on a soak cycle on the washing machine.

I too would try bleach. It's cotton so it should not hurt it and bleach is my go to whenever I can get this type of stain out. I would wet the stain area with water and them drizzle some weakened bleach on the stain, repeating it in stronger 'doses' until the stain lifts.

You could make a paste of a powder cleaner/stain fighter and apply.Let it set for approximately one hour then was again
