Murphy Beds ?

I just heard about these and in my guest room we have a California King which was with the house (sadly still in the original wrapper) that is taking up the entire room. Originally we were going to do a Laz-y Boy air matress system pull out couch then someone mentioned Murphy beds.

Can someone give me some pros/cons on this system. And some pointers if we decide to do it with what I should ask.
