Mr. Christmas Pre-lit tree

Okay, I just got finished putting up my Mr. Christmas pre-lit tree that I bought last year. Beautiful tree but NO LIGHTS !!!! One year old and it won't light up ! I checked all connections and even changed the fuse and still NO LIGHTS !!!! Anyone else have this problem ?
