Beautiful whitelinen. I agree with one of the other posters, looks like it came out of a magazine. Thanks for sharing

I love your Easter display. Thanks for sharing. Where did you find the ""chocolate"" rabbits?

Thanks.

Hello White Linen....

Your Easter vignettes are wonderful. You have such a good eye.I enjoyed seeing all your photos. Can't wait to see your mantle when you are finished.Your dear grand children are going to love coming to your house to see all the Easter pretties.

Where to start, whitelinen? I love your rose de provence essence pillow in that display. It really works with the cream painted chair/bench. Love your lanterns with the bunnies and wooden eggs. Are those the eggs you found at goodwill? They are styled really nice with one bunny on a pedestal. Your spring flowering branches in the vase are very Pottery Barn! And your lovely collection of chocolate bunnies looks great on the table in front of your window. When you finish your mantle, you can enjoy all of this for a over a month. That's getting mileage out of your decorating! Too much work to do it for a few weeks, IMO. Great job!

Edited to add- Kobe is a cutie-he looks totally happy.

whitelinen, I'd say that your investment in following your favorite decorating blogs has really paid off. Your vignettes are gorgeous. Thanks so much for the pics.

Is the whitewashed chair in the first pic one of your creations?

Hi SHOPR. You are right. Reading the blogs has been a fun pastime for me. DH is disabled and I like to spend time with him so the blogs are a way to occupy my time as he sleeps or watches tv. I got the shabby bug from Rachel Ashwell's books years ago and I have not looked back.

My dear mother would be so laughing at me! When I first discovered antiques as a young woman she had fits at the pieces I dragged home. She said her family would toss "better things" and was astounded I found this type of furnishings desirable. The shabby look would not be her thing. That little chair was an experiment for the DGK's, put it in the flower garden. The more shabby stuff gets the more I love it. It's a sickness . . .

Thanks Bobby! Hopefully mantle will be coming together soon. They saw the bunnies in the LR, wanted to play with them. It took a little convincing and distraction to convince them they are just for looks. That's a difficult concept for a 2 & 4 year old!

Thanks.

If I remember correctly, large one and the foil rabbits are from Shelly B, last year's offerings. I was on a real chocolate bunny roll last year.

The smaller rabbits in the basket are from the bay.
