@Kachina624 , love ...  especially like seeing this after Old Man Winter just dumped another foot of snow on us!

@Lilysmom1.  It kind of put me in a summer frame of mind too.

We had the snow that you're probably getting, last Saturday, about 3.5 in here.  It moved across the US and up the East coast to your house.

I like it too. The colors make me happy--reminds me of the many colors of fiestaware I have and use. The subject makes me happy too--I love the desert flora/fauna. When I used to go to Phoenix, I would always go to the botanical gardens there. I think every room in your house should have at least one thing that pops and this one pops!!!

@Kachina624 Recovering after 2 1/2 hours of shovelling and snow clearing yesterday.    Haven't seen snow like this in years.

Cape Breton got it far worse than us.  This is not photoshopped.  Cape Breton declared a state of emergency.

@Lilysmom1.  Wow, it's a wonder people could get out of their houses.  I've always wondered what they do when they open the door and see a wall of snow.

@Kachina624 Crazy isn't it?  Our doors were blocked but only to 3-4'.  We shovel from the inside out.  One home in Cape Breton had to cut out the window screen on the second floor and shovel it down to exit.  Claustrophobic!!!

Nova Scotia got a winters snow in a system that was stalled over the Province for 3-4 days.  This was worse than the historic storm known as White Juan of 2003/4.

Easy to think these stories are exaggerated but they are true.  The military has been called in to assist.
