i do like this for the most part--but still just a little dark for me---stairs are a big no---- am over stairs -----

Not my style. Concrete just doesn't do it for me. Looks unfinished and furniture looks like inexpensive, uncomfortable rental stuff. I guess what is old can look new again to younger generations but all the danish modern stuff seems like "back in the day".

I would remove the stools and furniture and replace them with large comfy overstuffed furniture and large comfortable backed stools.

It would make a great weekend getaway loft apartment in a large city.

To answer your question, no, there's nothing here I would replicate.

I think the colors and furnishings work in the space and are cohesive, but it's not my style. Too dark and contemporary for my taste, and IMO very masculine looking. I don't like the concrete walls either.
