I'm surprised that I kind of like the chairs.  However, I would have a big area rug to soften up the room, hang some curtains and change that painting on the wall.

@lolakimono I like to mix and match but I don't like those chairs at all. And that lighting fixture is a horror!

I've liked mismatched chairs ever since I  saw them on the TV show "Friends." I like these too.

Had non-matchy table/chairs at my other house. Inherited grandmother's antique table. Chairs were rickety so we shopped for 6 chairs. Family picked out their individual chairs, since we couldn't agree on one style. It was fun. 6 different styles. When son moved out he asked for his 'chair.' Made me smile.

I do like the chairs in different colors, love the chandelier also.
