Mirrors + Nightstands

Beautiful bedroom, I love that crisp fresh green on the neutral background. Love the bed as well.

What do you think about the placement of mirrors, lamps and nightstands? Does it work in this room?

A lamp in front of a mirror or window defeats the whole purpose. The nightstands are another story.

I think it would work with different lamps.

Instead of something with a cloth shade, if it was a glass shade, I think it would look better.

Googling this look, there are a ton of photos. Some have a much taller mirror which looks less cluttered, but they all have the same lamp with a cloth shade.

This room is not serene, restful, or pretty to me....and the lamps in front of the mirrors look disproportionate to me. The mirror would have to be much larger or the lamps much smaller.

This just doesn't make sense to me....even with smaller, skinnier lamps or even no lamps. It's not something I would ever do. Besides, the whole bedroom is one huge ugly mess, IMHO, anyway.
